Right now i HATE cinemas for FORCING 3D on people... my eyes hurt watching that shit and i totally hate it. The picture is darker and less colorful as well... At least that's how it goes in Russia - a film comes out with 3d option and every cinema thinks that it MUST make ONLY 3d version show...

It's also from me, in Italy. However, i didn't really have problems when I watched Transformers 3...

Maybe your cinemas purchase better equipment? It almost feels like they just buy some used stuff and try to show it off as "brand new technology". The glasses are ONE SIZE for everybody (yeah, a 9 y.o. kid and a huge faced dude must both have same size head and distance between the eyes), they are often not very... transparent... (i mean, scratched etc), and so on... And i still often start seeing the "broken" picture - maybe my brain doesnt get this imitation, or maybe its just maltuned, or maybe its for "typical" human and everybody who isnt - "who cares, most will see it fine"?

Sadly 3D doesn't work too well for me. If it does work, it usually results in a blistering headache within a few minutes. But I think Amnesia in 3D would be worth the pain...

What has been seen, cannot be unseen.

What do you guys think about this?

Well. I have a 3D Nvidia monitor, and GTX 470 which is a 3D graphics card and I do also have the 3D glasses.

However, I was already scared enough. but now as I've finished the game in 2d, I'm thinking about doing so in 3D.

I doubt the 3ds could handle penumbra, there are a bit too many controls and id assume graphic wise if they ported it...would be bad

*Wishes Penumbra Tech Demo section would return*

RE: Amnesia in 3D

I tried nVidia's 3D system in a computer shop, but it seemed to be flickering... Which was annoying.

Though it may have been the TL-lights there, dunno.

Anyway, don't games have to natively support nVidia's 3D stuff or can any game support it?
