Open the entity in the model editor and play around with it. If you need hints on where to look, you could open the .ent file with a text editor and search up the name of the sound file currently used. It will probably give you some sectioning as to where to find these settings in the editor. They used to be in User Defined Variables (in HPL2), but is that no longer a thing? Is it within the "Class" thing now? I don't know. Haven't gone there yet.
