As I can tell from here, Windows Vista x86.

Ok, I did a little research with the little info you gave us about your laptop. I went into dell drivers > laptop > studio > 17XX and searched all 4 of those 17 laptops what gpu they have. I found out that 1737 and 1735 have the Radeon 3650.I selected Windows Vista x86 as an operating system. Here are the latest drivers for your system from Dell:

If you have Dell Studio 1737(Driver since 2009):

If you have Dell Studio 1735(Driver since 2008):

http://support.dell.com/support/download...eid=277814

You also said that your laptop is from 2009, so I think you have Dell Studio 1737. Can you at least confirm this?
