Well you need to update your drivers. You cannot do anything else. What operating system do you have? I remember when I first registered in this forum another guy with the same gpu and the same problem I think. Let me find it...

Found it. He had the exact same gpu and the exact same problem. The sad thing is that it is my only time that I couldn't help someone with graphics problems. This gpu is way old. Check the thread here:

The only solution is to update your gpu drivers. These links are still the most current one for your gpu:

Download the appropriate one according to your operating system and install them. If the Renderer #0 problem still exists, we'll solve it later. But for now, make sure to have the latest gpu drivers.

Have you also checked this(especially A7 for Renderer #0 problem):

Quote:If you get the error "Renderer #0 could not be initialized", try launching the game the default 1024x768 resolution with full screen off. If this works, the most likely cause is that you run out of graphics memory when using higher resolutions. This might be that there is some background application or similar using resources or that simply the graphics card does not have enough. There are two ways to fix this:

1) Enter Display Properties and make sure that the desktop color depth is 32.

2a) Run at lower resolution. Even if you have an LCD screen, there should be no problem running at a resolution such as 1280x768 and have the game still look good. This is probably the best solution to this problem.

2b) Make sure that SSAO and EdgeSmooth are turned off. These two effects use up a lot of graphics memory and turning them off should help a lot.

3) Make sure that you have only a single display set in the graphic card's control panel.

Note that sometimes doing both 2 a and b are needed!
