Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago Small problem with new headset

so recently ive got a new turtle beach.
the problem is that when sound plays
it makes a strange buzzing/clicking noise
not when i go to the menu or press escape
but it does when i play the game muted
its very strange, if anyone can help me!
