[solved]Linux Purchased but no Email with link?

Hi guys,

I purchased the Linux version of the game yesterday at roughly 3:10pm (3rd June) using PayPal successfully. I've printed the Invoice page out which includes the order number and serial number. I've also received a successful payment email from PayPal.

What I have not received is an email from Frictional Games containing information about my purchase and where to download the files from.

After purchasing the game, I thought I would try their official stream of support before trying the forums so I then waited close to 2 hours before drafting an email to support@frictionalgames.com about my purchase. It is now 6:05pm (4th June) and I haven't received a reply yet.

Would a member of staff be able to assist me please? I can provide whatever information as proof of purchase.

Take this as feedback if you will: there was no where in the process that mentioned an email with a link to download the game. I only found this out after reading the forums.
