As such I got to work and in the spirit of the 24-hour Amnesia Custom Map Contest I wanted to only put 24 hours into making the map (the rest of the time was spent waiting for testers to give feedback). Also I found it as fun way of relearning the Amnesia scripting that I haven't worked with in a few months.

"Other is a very short story-based map, and when I say very short I mean 6-8 minutes max. As such I would like you, the player, to take your time and interact with the world around you, uncover the story the best you can, and in the end wonder what just happened.

"Also, I want to say, this is not all horror (at least not in the sense of a man jumping out of a dark corner yelling "abloogey woogey woo") so if you are into Amnesia custom stories just for the jump scares and enemy encounters, I'd stay away from this one, you'll probably be disappointed."
