Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Sad  Loading Game Issue

Hey, so I've given my friend Amnesia as a gift, however when he tries to play the game, the font of the main page will be there, but all video behind it, is black. Even when he plays the game, no video, just font.
How can we fix this? Or what is the problem?
