Overture GLITCH (can't progress) minor spoiler

ok so im at the spot were you have to cut the wood board with the saw in that room with about 3 or 4 dogs patroling. so the thing that happens is i cut the board with the saw and the gate doesnt open. i loaded up the game again and the board isnt even there anymore, but another wierd thing is if i choose the saw, and use it on the invisible board, it will do the animation like im cutting the board (but there is not board to cut). and i can do this an infinite amount of times without having to go back to my last save. so the problem is the door is stuck, and there is no way to progress, is there a console command that can allow me to move through this gate? i really dont want to start over....
AND no its not because i need a certain item to progress, i have the correct item, its a technical; glitch that makes it so the door doesnt open
