Disable Daniels voice in insanity

Isn't he huffing and breathing hard? I don't understand where you hear this accent from...

Hm, maybe I am mistaken. I have not either personally heard these voices but I noticed them when using the debug menu. You can choose from various insanity effects, such as bug crawls, flies and more. Among those are Stream_voice_Daniel..... But maybe they are used for something else? Weird that they are in the insanity effects part...
