i think i know what mod your talking about it was a amnesia mod called fading memories but sadly that mod has been cancelled and the creator dangeroon or i think thats how you spell it has created one other custom story which is a troll map called dark room and he is making a dark room 2. but he is creating a scary mod called life lender which has some things from fading memories from one of his old posts. so yeah i guess you need to create a grunt with yellow eyes. =D good luck in finding one or creating it. =D
