Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Items duplicated in inventory. Please Help!

There are many items duplicated in my inventory. It says i have 5 lanterns and 5 potions of the same thing. It wont let me access things i recently picked up. is there a way to remove multiple items in my inventory? please help asap.
