Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Custom Stories not working? Please help?

So My custom stories aren't working, I had to make a new folder cause I lost the first one somehow. Do i need to extract the custom_stories folder or do i need to extract the custom stories themselves? Please help? I've been trying to do this for the last 3 weeks. Not about to give up.
