Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Please i need some little help here!

Ok whenever i got far in a map, my screen just turns black and it stops and it gives me this message....Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia.exe
Can someone please check my HPL logg and see what the problem is?
