Importing custom models from Penumbra BP

'ello there people. The one thing that i didn't find any good tutorial for is this, how do i export models from Penumbra Black Plague into Amnesia?

I have the following programs, i feel it is necessary to tell it because the files of the models will have different formats.

Photoshop CS5

Paint.net (just incase)

Maya 2012 (i suck at this)

Cinema 4D (wich supports Collada 1.4 and 1.5 by default)
