Found it.

you forgot the </CATEGORY> at:
<CATEGORY Name="CustomStoryMain">
<Entry Name="Description">A test description.</Entry>

so close that CATEGORY and it should work ;p
or just copy paste this:

<CATEGORY Name="CustomStoryMain">
<Entry Name="Description">A test description.</Entry>
</CATEGORY>

CURRENTLY WORKING ON:
Final Light = 40%
Need of voice actors.
