Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Flare to Glowstick Causes Crash

I'm in the room in Overture near where Philip has to take the blank note out. I saved the game with a flare out. Everytime I switch to the glowstick (in order to get rid of the Flare) the game crashes.

The thing though is, it only happens like 50% of the time and ONLY with the flare that survived through the savestate.
