Game crashes on inventory and journal PLEASE HELP

I have looked everywhere i just cant find a fix for this and it makes the game unplayable please help me.



It came up with : Amnesia .exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia .exe at 0023:0046C048


Iv tried running as administrator and my computer is way beyond the requiments my graphics card is a nvidia gtx 550 ti

I have attached the error log

Attach the hpl.log from the "Documents" section in your user directory.

The errorlog you gave here is something I cannot decipher. Might as well take that down.
