"Problem G" Screen is cropped

1) Make sure your graphics card drivers are fully updated and that the nvidia or amd control panel is not altered.
2) Follow Problem I, just the integrity check.
3) Follow Problem H, it might help.
4) Right click the game's .exe file(Penumbra.exe), go to compatibility tab and select Windows XP Service Pack 3, Disable visual themes, Disable desktop composition & Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.

Consider this one solved! It actually seemed to be a combination of things, like re-installing my graphics driver, etc. But I also discovered something odd, that my computer was for some reason re-setting my DPI back to "custom" even after restarts.

Thank you plutomaniac for the help!! Now I can FINALLY get my Penumbra game on
