other things to consider.

1. This is a game/forum in Sweden, right? Or at least in the general area? Not all may speak or even write good English.

2. Is writing a pointless rep really a good idea. One thing that comes to mind, "don't bite the hand that feeds you." People will think differently of you.

3. Or sort of 2b. People that get on other peoples cases doesn't help anyone. It doesn't help you on thinking positive about the attacker, and the attacker doesn't seem to care about the attackee.
If person A accuses or attacks person b, person b may easily lose respect from a; and that person b will not think too greatly about person a.

4. Just be careful before you bark.

5. To me, the only time a negative rep is needed, is if the person really only spams (typically a NEW person), and if the person tries to screw things up, like giving others negative reps, may reply but not really in the good way, may just give off various mixed up words, say some quotes from movies and shows, and never actually talking about what the other people say.
They're the ones that should get a negative rep.
Think E-bay. Do people give others a negative star (or whatever they do there; been some time), because they always seem to forget the difference between there and their?

6. Just be nice, and respect it. that's all I can think of.
