Help with custom story development!! :)

I'm creating a custom story, It's almost finished.. But I have one doubt: I used some custom items, like some coffins from DonProtz and the portable torch from Phoroneus, how can I make them available for those who will download my custom story if they don't have the two mods? Do I have to place them directly in my custom story's folder? And what would be the directory? Thank you very much!
