Amnesia for me?

Hello everyone.

I am 14 years old and I was wondering if Amnesia is a hugely disturbing/horrifying game. I understand that the game is rated "M" however I have played other games in the category such as Skyrim, COD, Bioshock, and Fallout 3. I am quite "mature" and I firmly understand the difference between a video game and reality, and would never try to replicate anything negative within a video game. On the other hand I have never played a "Horror" game (unless you include FO3 and Bioshock in the category) and much less never watched a horror movie. I wanted to know if Amnesia is really as bad as people claim it to be? Im also planning on recording my reactions and doing a commentary. Thanks
