Solved: 9 Years, 5 Months ago Screen tearing after enabling Vsync

The game still tears after enabling Vsync. This is the first time I see this happening. Even after forcing Nvidia's Adaptive Vsync I still see distracting screen tearing.
I've unlocked the frame rate (144Hz monitor) if that makes any difference).
