Please help, when i launch game it crashes!

Hello there. My friend buyed penumbra collectors pack for me on steam.
I have installed penumbra overture and i launch the game.
Then i see a black screen with wind sounds. If i click with the mouse it appear another music and frictional games logo. Then it crashes. I've tried to re-install the game but nothing results. Please HALP ME! Sorry for grammar, i'm italian

While i draw this thread i tried to re-re-install the game and now it doesn't start
