about requiem ending [spoiler]

Hi, i have aquietion about the ending in Requiem. I finished the game two times, the second, finding all nine secret objects so i get the extended version ending with the code and everything. But at the incinerator room i can't get out the door (to get "the other ending").

Why? what i'm missing?
