Footsteps sounds missing

I'm going to bump this. Anyone else still have this issue?

Walking anywhere in the map just brings up "ERROR: Could no create event data 'player/footsteps/sneaker/wood_laminate'. Cause: The requested event, event group, event category or event property could not be found." and "ERROR: Could not found sound event data player/footsteps/sneaker/wood_laminate". This is also true for default_hard, default_soft, plastic_hard, and presumably all sneaker footstep sounds.

I just tried out "default" footwear. default_hard and default_soft have footstep sounds, but wood_laminate and plastic_hard still do not. Any ideas?
