Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Sad  Tab Crash

I have fallowed the guides and have not seen any improvement in my game. I have no Idea why my game is crashing when I hit tab to go to inventory, the game just exits bringing up a crash log. Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia.exe at 0023:0096DEE7. I have the crash log if that is useful. when the game crashes the sound still plays, I want to know if there is any fix for my problem?
