Solved: 8 Years, 1 Month, 4 Weeks ago Game crashes everytime after startup

Everytime I start up amnesia it shows the logos for frictional games and everything then immediately crashes to desktop. I have the latest drivers and have tried several suggestions found on the forum to no avail. Here is my hpl file.
