Achievement Beta - Bug Thread

Hi
as for Amnesia:TDD I have tried getting all achievements and it seems that only achievements tied to certain actions (like picking something up or reaching a point in the story) pop up while achievements that check something don't. Though all achievements for endings seem not to work as well.

Here's the list of achievements i was able to unlock:
- Alchemist
Removed the Shadow's residue in the entrance hall in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
- Escape Artist
Escaped the creature in the water in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
- Descendant
Taken a rough ride on an elevator in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
- Pipeworker
Lowered the water level in the cistern to reveal a new way out in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
- Restorer
Collected the pieces of the orb and rebuilt it in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
- NOPE
Left when things were getting interesting in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
- Still Alive
Became aware of the merits of A.S. Inc.'s Span-space Device in Amnesia: Justine.

And here's the list of achievements that didn't unlock plus additional notes:
- Quitter
Failed to escape the cells and was consumed by the Shadow in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Note: waited inside the cell twice with and without skipping credits; also tried dying during the chase after escaping the cell
- Survivor
Killed Alexander and escaped the castle in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Note: tried with and without skipping credits
- Sacrifice
Allowed Alexander to escape in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Note: tried with and without skipping credits
- Benefactor
Rescued Agrippa in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Note: tried with and without skipping credits
- Illuminatus
Picked up every tinderbox in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Note: Picked up 151 tinderboxes; played through A:TDD + A:J (5) without using a single one as well as using all
- Master Archivist
Read all notes in all games.
Note: Picked up (and read) all notes and diaries in A:TDD (42) as well as in A:J (8+1) (including the one required for "Still Alive"-achievement)
- Vacillator
Some victims died, some lived in Amnesia: Justine.
Note: Tried different variations with and without skipping credits
- Egotist
Not a single victim survived in Amnesia: Justine.
Note: Tried with and without skipping credits
- Altruist
Not a single victim died in Amnesia: Justine.
Note: Tried with and without skipping credits
- Insanity
Achieved all other achievements.
