How to make custom billboards for amnesia mod!

Hey, we are working with my friend cool amnesia mod and we have a nice intro ready, but we need some customized billboard texts like "HumiliatoR & Shyrtexx Presents" when player is walking and looking somewhere and the player is facing sometimes this kind of texts, when walking at the intro.

Question is, how you do this? What tools you need?
