Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Problem with sound / music

The music in main menu and in-game is kind of distorted and noisy. It precludes from playing. When I play main_menu.ogg in Windows Media Player it sounds perfectly right.
FLAC files(not affilated with gameSmile) played in WMP sound extacly the same, but played in VLC player sound right.

Anybody knows what the problem is?
I've installed K-lite codec pack etc.
