Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Exclamation  Incorrect font launcher for russian language

At start the font is incorrectly displayed if to choose game Russian (Screenshot in the attachment). The version downloaded with Steam. Who can rectify the given error? The developer, Steam or is problems of our localizer?
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
