Retrieving my Amnesia Steam Code

I prepurchased Amnesia the day before it was released, and downloaded it from the frictional games site the next day. I was given a steam activation code, but I never used it. I lost the code, and I would like to activate the game. I still have my order confirmation form, so is there any way I could receive a steam code using this information? Thanks in advance!
