How to enable quicksave (read the warning)

Yeah, its probably not safe to save during a scripted sequence or in the middle of some combat. But so far I have been using the feature with no ill-effects.

Note that I also continue to use the "artifact" saves which are official. So I never rely on soely the quicksaves. They are just there for efficiency and convenience.
