I need LevelEditor.cfg and MainEditorSettings.cfg (Black screen problem)

Ahh no luck :/, im on the verge of just leaving it to be honest. I tried everything you said, par down grading my drivers because i dont know how (if you can help that will be great). I tried installing the same thing on my laptop and it doesnt start because of the low graphics card but at least it starts? So there must be something with this computer or the way im doing stuff.

CONSIDER THIS THREAD SOLVED!
I had to clean install my driver again, maybe it had been tweaked or something before i dont know but its worked! Thanks for the help
