In the Modeleditor.exe you have to:
1) Create a body for your object

EDIT: My uv map is only 256x256 so the textures is kinda blurred. can i make 512x512 or would that not work?

That'll work, you could even use a 1024x1024 if it has to be very detailed and neat.
