Alrighty, seems to work now!

I'm back working on my custom story now :3

Actually since I re-installed both level editor and amnesia the old studium map even works now.
Which I find pretty weird to be honest, considering I sendt it too my mate which also experienced it crashing.

Anyhow thanks for your help plutomaniac and TarkoRehin.
