Turning the Torches off

Hey guys! I wanted to ask:

Do any of you guys know the script to deactiviate static torches? It's just -
Spoiler below!

I'm having a long corridor where the torches turn off, two by two, from the other end of the corridor towards the player.

If any of you know how to do this, please help!
Any known and relavant sound effects would be appreciated too.
