Skipped map1 as I couldn't find all the buttons, finished the demo now.

The door you come from doesn't say anything if you click on it, could be a nice touch just to say something like: "I don't want to go back there" or whatever.
A box on a shelf which doesn't fit.
Again, you need some massive proof reading on your notes as they tend to have lots of spelling and grammar errors.
When the player was forced to die, could you not have just made the player still able to move but impossible to escape? That way you still fear the enemy. This is a nice thing to do as it's different from the majority of custom stories but it felt like you just copied that idea from the main game.
Try and add something a bit more unique to the rest of the story, and possibly try making it a bit more serious.

Don't release a demo again, I think you should just release the full story when it's ready, no problem with sending a demo to your friends/testers though to see if they like it.
