imgfile/jpg help

hi guys i was playing some really cool mods and i saw some that had the description with a really cool background and all i know about it is that it has something to do with imgfile in the custom story settings folder i have been trying to figure it out for a while now like if u need a converter or anything but i would appreciate help very much Big Grin
