A good project needs at least 4 months of intense work.

Lies again. That solely depends on the length of the project, and the capabilities of the modder. There is no set time; there are far too many variables to take into consideration to just slap a time on it and say "if you work for x amount of time, it will be good".

Why is it so hard to be a wise-ass nowadays?

I know it is hypocritical for me to jump on someone because I take something too literally, but it's just the way you said that first statement. You can't take something so arbitrary like the variety of human intelligence and slap on "at least x amount of time" as though there is any sort of systematic way of learning the HPL2 engine.
