Beginner custom map?

Recently just purchased Amnesia the dark descent.
Already beat the campaign on my friends steam account. I decided the custom stories made it worth it to purchase.

I already played a custom story. "A fool's faint". Honestly I was a bit disappointed, it was no good for me.

Can anyone suggest a custom story I could play for a coward like me?
I don't want cheap jump scares and no story line.

I don't know if this will be a any useful but I run Amnesia - the dark descent on steam.
