Say something about the signature of the person above you

The above signature is wrong (sorry to say that). Being highly intelligent or educated doesn't mean that your are the most educated or the most intelligent person. So someone could claim that he is highly educated.

It's like saying (for example) that you can't be a good player in the NBA because there will be always someone better than you.
