Multiple Notes Help

Before you read the rest of the thread, I just want to inform you that I am completely new to custom story scripting etc. So please bear that in mind when you read on.
Ok, so I've managed to make one note,
Here's the extra_english.lang file:
<LANGUAGE>
<RESOURCES>
</RESOURCES>
<CATEGORY Name="Journal">
<Entry Name="Note_note1_Name">Test</Entry>
<Entry Name="Note_note1_Text">This is a test.</Entry>
</CATEGORY>
</LANGUAGE>

That worked fine, but how would I make multiple notes? Huh
