Stuttering, Small freezes and framerate Issues

You don't really have to do all these things, especially registry cleaning and stuff. Just follow these steps no matter what you have done to the game and the latest stutterfix will be applied correctly.

Oh and stutter5_fix is really stutter4_fix with the final .cfg file changes Jens mentioned. It's not something I made myself. It is what Jens said to do bundled together in a .rar file. What I'm trying to say is guys you don't have to be "afraid" of the file I uploaded just because it's not from Jens.

Well as a final try,

I deleted the game, deleted My Documents/amesia, cleared all registry values, then did a clean install of Amnesia A Machine For Pigs

- Got to select profile menu and exited to generate a main_settings.cfg file.

- Installed the patch 5 properly, verified the files within that .zip were in my main install folder of amnesia, deleted main_settings.cfg

- Launced the setup launcher and the game did not detect my gfx card so set it to medium

- Created new profile and new game

- Soon as game is done with the first cut scene, stuttering every second that I walk, wait 5 minutes, game is still stuttering every second that I walk, every half second when running.

Not sure how to proceed further as every avenue seems to be exhausted, the game is virtually unplayable on my end.
