Some people here are saying that's reed with long hair.

That was in the previous two videos, not in this one. In this video's flashback, you see a blond young girl. She's Lissa Golaski, daughter of Adam Golaski. In the first two videos, you saw a redheaded woman, that's Imogen Reed with long hair.

Honestly, I don't understand the confusion, they look quite different.
