The voice that says this doesn't sound like Lissa's, it's a different voice. I'm guessing it's Golaski's wife, because according to Depth's casting call posted on Google Groups in May 2014, the Frontflesh is

So, Golaski beat his wife?

At 6:30 Lissa says "I don't want to die up here remembering you the way that I do.", which seems to indicate that the memories she had of him weren't that positive...

Just to back this up a little bit, towards the end of Lissa's video Golaski swallows a magnet (I'm unclear on whether he swallowed the second one, but he definitely had two). Swallowing a magnet is a means of killing himself, but an incredibly painful one. Seems he is trying to punish himself
