It was probably not installed correctly. The .exe doesn't seem to be in the same place as the .dll file.

Flawless is right. This error happens when the install directory was not set correctly. If you'd like some instructions on how to re-install it in the right place, you'll find them here. Smile

So I completely uninstalled and reinstalled following the instructions on that link exactly, yet I'm still getting the missing .dll file.

Just to verify, this is the proper location to select for installation, yes? I have the non-Steam version.
