That's weird... ... but I'll try to help.

Do you see any .dll files in the same folder as Amnesia.exe?
Can you confirm that ATSD.exe is in the same folder as Amnesia.exe?
If not, what is the full path to ATSD.exe?

In my redist folder I have:
-DevIL.dll
-glew32.dll
-ILU.dll
-ILUT.dll
-zlibwapi.dll

And yes, ATSD.exe is in the same folder as Amnesia.exe (/redist)

Btw thank you for helping me with this problem; I've really been ripping my hair out about it because I can't seem to find any solutions, and I really want to finally dig into this mod.
