amnesia crash

So, wheres the "new topic" switch to click on. First time I have submitted a Post and, I didn't see one.
All I saw were post reply switch's
I wasn't sure if IT IS an Amnesia Game Problem or, not that's why I put it here, to find out if, it is a Problem with the Game (this is a Thread to ask if, a problem is Game related is it not).
so, where and, under what "Topic" should I post it ?
try being helpful instead of just telling me it's the wrong thread.
I don't frequent Forums and, this, is the only one I have ever posted to and, the first time I have Posted to one.
